Our YRC Volunteers participated in one-day training programme on “Road Accident Prevention” at Salem on 01-02- 2004 and involved in the celebration of "World Disabled Day" with the Government Blind Children School, Salem on 02-02-2004.
Apart from the YRC Volunteers, our Programme Officer Mr.S.Rajkumar, Asst.Prof. in Mathematics participated in the “Training Programme” conducted by Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore held at PSG College of Technology on 26th and 27th of September 2004
Our Programme Officer attended the preliminary meeting-cum-workshop at P.G.P College of Arts and Science, Namakkal on 23-02-2003.
The Volunteers are also involving themselves in the day to day activities and stand by the motto of YRC.

| One-day training programme on “Road Accident Prevention “ was conducted by Sri Gokulam Hospital ,Salem on 01.02.2004. In this programme our 100 YRC volunteers participated. |
YRC Volunteers were involved in the celebration of World Disabled Day in Government Blind School, Shevapet, Salem. This programme was inaugrated on 02.02. 2004 around 9.00 A.M. The students of the YRC unit shared their speech with the blind students. This service was undertaken under the supervision of the YRC Programme Officer Mr.S.Rajkumar.

ACTIVITIES INSIDE THE COLLEGE CAMPUS
NSS, YRC and Arts Associations were inaugrated on 11.07.2003.
Independence Day celebration on 15.08.2003.
Doctors and Paramedical staff from Sri Gokulam Hospital, Salem conducted a free blood group identification camp for the students and staff in our college on 06.10.2003. Blood groups for one hundred and thirty two students and staff have been identified.
Republic Day celebration on 26.01.2004.
Our YRC Programme Officer conducted Blood Donation Motivation Programmeon 31.03.2004. Forty- three students participated in this programme.
