The Sappling Club was started in the year 2002, in Mahendra Engineering College.
» All the NSS Volunteers are the members of the club and more than 200 volunteers have enrolled their names and collected sapplings from Burn & Co., Yercaud Foot Hills, Salem Tree Club and Namakkal.
» The sapplings collected were nourished in the College campus and used for multiple purposes like NSS special camping programme, Tree plantation programme and also issued to the public during the camp. |
